UCS Goods Wholesalers Co LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a limited 100-day warranty on underground sondes (transmitters), hereinafter referred to as “sondes”. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from us through hddsondes.ae or our authorized sales channels in the GCC region.
Terms of Warranty
- If a sonde is found to be defective within the 100-day warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
- No monetary refunds are provided for sondes.
- In certain cases, store credit may be issued for future purchases.
- Used equipment, special orders, and custom-made items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
Customer Responsibilities
The Customer agrees to:
- pay for return shipping unless we have confirmed in writing that return shipping will be covered by us;
- assume all risks of loss or damage during return shipment;
- use reputable carriers and ensure proper packaging, tracking, and insurance for the returned item.
Shipment Back to the Customer
After inspection and repair or replacement, the item will be returned to the Customer using standard shipping methods. Shipping times may vary depending on destination within the GCC.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, water intrusion, physical impact, exposure to extreme temperatures, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Additional Information
